We offer two different methods of printing - screen and sublimation. Screen is suitable for printing on natural fabrics like cotton whereas sublimation is advisable for printing on polyester and polyester blends.
Screen printing is the best option for designs that require a high level of vibrancy, when printing on dark shirts, or specialty products like foils, flock, gels, puff, high density are used. The ink in screen printing is applied thicker than digital printing, which results in brighter colors even on darker shirts.
Sublimation is best used for items that require high amounts of detail, sharpness and brightness
If you want to print on mugs, poly and polyester blends, phone covers, plates and other popular hard surface items then Dye Sublimation printing is the answer! It is the method of applying an image to specially coated ceramics, metals and polyester cloth.
The dye-sublimation printing process is used to print on poly and polyester blends or other synthetic fabrics. It is used for applications such as T-shirts, banners, table covers, id cards, sportswear, flags and on specially coated ceramics, metals and polyester cloth.
Turn Around time depends on the job/artwork to be developed depending on the number of colours and availability of proper file. Usually it takes around 2-3 working days for the design development and printing.
There is no minimum quantity as such but its always better to give volumes to cut prices.
For sublimation we can print upto 60" of fabric width. We can either print it in running form or on panels depending on the buyers requirement. Screen size can go upto a maximum of 60" again depending on the design and the requirement.
Provide us with color standards, a paper print for reference and a good clean digital design file. We custom match all colors upon request to the specified fabrics from your supplied color standards. A color standard can be a paper print out that you like or pantone chips or color solutions custom lab dips.
